Floor Manager

The wndr museum team is growing!

wndr museum is looking to expand its operations team with the addition of a floor manager, who will oversee the staffing and maintenance of wndr museum exhibits and experiences.

Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Experience managing a team of 10+ individuals, preferably in the service or retail industries
  • Demonstrable leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Superb communication and organization skills
  • The ability to quickly adapt between projects and roles with a positive attitude
  • A passion for customer service, team development, and exceeding expectations

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with hiring and training of ambassador staff
  • Contributing to staff scheduling, and stepping into various ambassador roles as needed
  • Overseeing ticket check-in, greeting, other museum experiences
  • Resolving customer service issues and being an approachable and friendly face to guests
  • Representing the museum with character and integrity
